Our Story
Built for this neighborhood
Cosmic Kitchen opened in 2019 after Chef Marcus Webb spent a decade in Houston restaurants. He came home to Tyler to build the place he always wished existed: seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking, and a room where you can actually hear yourself talk.
The menu follows what's good nearby. Produce from Smith County growers, beef from a Henderson ranch, eggs from a farm twenty miles east. The menu changes. The regulars don't.
